We aim to provide a safe, inviting and peer orientated environment where people feel comfortable in trying out exercise and Martial Arts, enabling them to find the right fit for them.
We can even offer fitness based 121’s with one of our highly trained PT’s. Our aim is to increase confidence and self esteem, whilst giving the participants tools and contacts to go on to pursue sports and exercise with AMA, individually or by using our sign posting to other facilities and organisations.
AMA will travel to a location near you to cater for individual or group work and seminars at an additional fee. We offer seminars for both our target groups and coaches, we cover all topics from technique variations to health and safety considerations. Any seminar is tailored to the most important person, you!
There is no age limit to take part, we are limited to over 8 years old for children. We do not believe anyone is beyond gaining benefits from AMA. A future goal of AMA is provide competitive opportunities in order to confidence build and provide goals for this target group.
