We’re Scope, the disability equality charity in England and Wales. We provide practical advice and emotional support whenever people need them most.

We do this through a variety of services such as;

Our helpline, our online community, a range of employment and child sleep services, community engagement programmes, and more.

Scope’s helpline also provides free, independent and impartial advice and support on issues that matter to disabled people and their families;

Freephone: 0808 800 3333
9am to 5pm weekdays | Closed at weekends and bank holidays.

Scope’s online community is also a place where disabled people, parents, carers and those who work with disabled children and adults can come to discuss all topics relating to disability. You can ask questions, share your experiences and get much-needed support with any issues you currently face.

Furthermore, Scope’s Navigate service provides support to parents at the start of their journey as a parent of a disabled child. It’s a six-week programme that aims to put parents in touch with a personal advisor, helping them to talk about their feelings and concerns;
