We support adults who live with diverse and complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs.

Our services are structured into three focused specialisms – supported living, residential and mental health. This ensures that quality is front and centre of all that we do. Our dedicated specialist teams continually develop and improve to deliver the highest quality service for the people we support.

Our properties include shared houses, bungalows, individual apartments and residential homes that have been designed to help people live more independently, surrounded by like-minded people whilst being safe and secure behind their own front door.

We offer a truly personalised approach in everything that we do, with support packages ranging from a few hours per week to full-time 24-hour care.

Support plans are always tailored around each person’s likes, dislikes and ambitions. We take time to really get to know each person’s needs and build these plans in partnership with each person’s family and support networks, keeping everyone involved and informed.

As the largest provider in the supported living sector, Lifeways’ extensive experience and national reach mean we deliver extraordinary support to adults, helping them to achieve the possible – living fulfilling, happy and independent lives in the community.
